FAQ

How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment's status.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?

When purchasing online, your payment information is entered into an SSL-secured web page.
Your information is SSL-encrypted and securely transmitted to our credit card provider's network for authorization and approval.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?

Unless otherwise stated, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If something is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@tuisau.shop so we can assist you.

Are there any exchange rates?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card is issued in another currency, your total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate set by your card issuer on the date the transaction is processed.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Please note:

1. A 30% cancellation fee applies once an order has been placed, regardless of timing, due to merchant processing fees.

2. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
We strongly recommend using a residential address instead of a vacation address to avoid potential delays caused by customs holds.
